Activity completion on percentage watched.

Feature Request

A feature request that I could see value in for the Moodle-medial integration. Would be the ability to set a minimum engagement on video content being percentage watched before the user can proceed to the next activity, An example of a competitor that has this feature is below:

    I don't understand how this (Video tracker) works. How do you know students are watching and not just making a cup of coffee while the video plays?
